    Confirmation in Your Inbox

    You'll get a confirmation email with your appointment time, address, and a copy of the project details you shared. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in a few minutes.

    A Quick Review of Your Project

    I review the photos and notes you sent. If anything needs clarifying, or if a different bracket, part, or tool is needed, you'll get a quick text or email before the appointment.

  3. STEP 3

    A Reminder Before the Visit

    You'll get a reminder the day before your appointment. If your schedule changes, just reply to reschedule. No fees, no hassle.

  4. STEP 4

    The Day of the Job

    I arrive in the booked window, walk the project with you, confirm the price, and get to work. Everything is cleaned up before I leave.

  5. STEP 5

    Final Walkthrough and Payment

    When the work is done, you do a quick walkthrough together to make sure everything is right. Payment is handled at the end of the visit by card, cash, or digital payment.
